Guido's
Italian
Restaurant
is an extraordinary dining experience from beginning to end. The staff
exudes warmth and genuine hospitality.
Guido’s staff is
always prompt, but not rushed.
Guido's
Italian
Restaurant
is one of the few restaurants in
Philadelphia where you can actually have a quiet conversation. Once past
the foyer the restaurant separates into three pieces on either side of
the bar, one which holds the main dining room, one is the Grotto or bar
area, the other holds a
set of smaller rooms down stairs which can be reserved for private
occasions of up to twelve guests. These rooms are known as
The
Wine Cellars.
The dining area is tastefully
decorated with various elements that make the experience “like you are
at the home of a good friend.” The overall atmosphere is romantic and
classical without being too dim
or too distractingly
ornate to really enjoy the visual aspects of
your meal.
